PFit Small Groups
We offer small group classes for athletes, busy adults, and older adults at appropriate fitness levels for each individual. Due to our small group sizes (limit 10 per class) we are able to demonstrate, observe, and suggest modifications for any movement limitation either from previous injury, inhibited range of motion, or orthopedic issue.
